@crinrict hello! I've had the same bug and fixed it by removing the challenge (thank you very much). I was wondering, when and how can I use the challenge again?

    I think the Geothermal lot trait is also causing the endless loading screen after the update. I have a residential lot that I tried to load into several times and each time I had to force quit the game because of the endless loading. I finally went into build buy via the map to edit the lot. The only lot trait it had was Geothermal. When I removed that, I was finally able to play the lot.
