[FIXED] [OR] Sims stuck at campfire during weenie roast

Every time my Sims have a weenie roast they all freeze after a few minutes of gameplay around the campfire. The time is moving and so are their faces but they're frozen in place. I have The Sims 4, O...

    Just through a run-through Weenie Roast, and actually managed to get through it with no problems! Yay!

I've experienced the same problem time and time again.

I've tried removing all mods, but that didn't make a difference.

I did find that I can "get around" the problem by saving and exiting the game once it freezes. This allows me to move on a certain amount once the game reloads - before the freeze happens again.
