Just through a run-through Weenie Roast, and actually managed to get through it with no problems! Yay!
Just letting you know I had it happen no CC. All packs (can't remember them all) and patches are up-to-date. Started party tried to roast hotdog and it bumped the sim to restart so I tried again and froze everyone in place. I tried to cancel the event and time stopped. Deleted the campfire and time started again including a notice that my sim had gone to work at the regular time and a chance card even though he was the one stuck. Weird
I haven't had any issues myself either.
Where did you have the event ? In Granite Falls or your house ?
Was it during the Sims work hours ?
I have had this happen to me the couple times I've attempted a weenie roast. Both attempts were at my sim's house. First time she got stuck grilling, second time stuck telling a story.
Did the whole game get stuck or just the Sim itself ?
Was this just now ? Is it reproducible or random ?
