[FIXED] Parenting Predicaments : Aspiration Won't Complete (1.95)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I'm playing the Parenting Predicaments scenario, I can't get Leonardo's teen aspiration to check complete. I've completed four now, including one that worked for Sofia, but it won't check off that I finished it.
What happens when the bug occurs? The aspiration in the scenario won't mark complete.
What do you expect to see? The scenario registers that it is complete.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I've tried logging on and off, and I've tried playing after a recent update, but nothing has been fixed. I'm stuck on this goal in the scenario and have completed all others successfully, including the optional ones.
