[FIXED] Photographs turn black (Patch 1.58.69)

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Most Recent
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Taking framed photographs from the university housing walls directly into inventory.
What happens when the bug occurs? After taking the framed photographs from the university housing walls directly into the sim's inventory, the photograph's image turns black.
What do you expect to see? A black photograph after it has essentially been used.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

It is with a framed photograph. I'm not sure if it is only after university housing wall placement and removal. Placing it in a Moschino pack frame does not fix the issue. Placing it on another wall does not fix the issue and the photograph is basically ruined and unusable because it is just black.

    Photographs taken following today's patch will no longer turn black when stored in the Storage Box.

    Fixed in Patch 1.101.290/1.81

    Please create a new thread if you're still experiencing this issue. Please make sure to report exactly what you did when they turned black.

    Please also be aware that already broken photos won't revert.

    @morghan0513 I just tested this on my save and my photos are fine but I took them after Uni came out.

    Are yours pre- or post patch photos ?

    I think they may be pre. It was really close to the patch so honestly, I'm not sure.

    Yes, I can do that, but it will have to be later. I'll update when I do.

    @morghan0513 Tested this in an existing save and those stayed also fine for me.

    At what point did you remove your mods ?

    I have this same issue, but it only happens when I store photos in the new bins from University, leave the game (to main menu or completely to desktop) then come back.  They would be black when I got back and pulled them to a wall.  This only happened post-patch.  No mods and completely updated.

    I am on a Macbook air and this just happened to me. I put a bunch of my photos into the one of the new discover university chests, and when I took them out they were all black. Photos in my household and personal inventory are fine, just the ones that were placed in the chest.
