Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game for 4-10 minutes and a black screen pops up.
What happens when the bug occurs? Games crashes , game not saved . Happened multiple times and have tried rebooting issues . Uninstall and reinstall and software update on Xbox . No update available and only 2 saved data which was cleared. No compatibility options touched .,
What do you expect to see? I want to be able to play my game for hours or Atleast an hour without crashing . I am without a job so I would hope some compensation or a fix can be made because us simmers spend a lot of money on the game. I expect that if I have to delete my expansion packs they are paid for an I can readd them free of charge .
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

I’ve been playing for a week , the game was updated and after the update my game crashes . It’s Webber crashed and if I delete my family and re-save it and start my game over then my generations are gone ?
