Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) after I done goofed.
What is your current game version number? The newest one.
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all the packs and kits currently available on Steam.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Be online for the Reaper Rewards Event and delete your save file while having an event item in soon-to-be-deleted Sim's inventory.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Reaper Rewards event pops up, but the task windows are both blank.
What do you expect to see? I would love to be able to see the tasks again.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never had custom content or mods. I'm too stupid for them and apparently for this event, too.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No, I deleted a save file while I had Ambrosia newsletter in my sim's inventory. I wish I had at least read it but I forgot. Now both task windows appear empty and I can't make any progress.
I tried reinstalling the game and verifying integrity of the game files through Steam. EA app doesn't give me the option to repair the game files, probably because I have the game purchased through Steam, otherwise I would have done that too. I suppose there's no way I could restart the event tasks?
