Fixed an issue where on days where no holiday was set to occur, a Sim’s work schedule would update to falsely indicate that the day was a Holiday just prior to going to work, causing the Sim to stay home for the day.

I wish I knew, but I am not sure what triggered it because it was one of those things where it was hard to notice because there are holidays in the game. I am wondering if I can uninstall just the seasons add on pack, load the game, and reinstall the seasons addon? If I can disable the seasons addon, there won't be anymore holidays, so perhaps it will force it to fix itself?

I reloaded and the sims started working again. I then saved and quit and reloaded without the command line argument and they still go to work! I will keep my eyes peeled for what triggers this bug, but for now, all is well! Just note this solution does involve any items you had with the seasons pack to disappear, but you can go ahead and repurchase them afterwards.

I am having the same issue. I used the command line and it disabled the pack but when I tried without the command line it went right back to being a holiday.
Also after I disabled the seasons pack it deleted everything from the pack but it still said holiday above the career times
I did this and it’s still bugging. It started randomly and is only happening on 1 of my saves.
I still don't have *Seasons*, but thinking about this bug lately (since that EP is on sale), I do have one theory I've recently thought of ...could this bug be caused by a misfire in the random holiday system? (Correct me if I'm wrong.)
How would I fix this issue if I’m playing on a Xbox one?
