Haven't had the chance to test this but I think there was some older report for this and I tested a the time and it was fine for me.

Does it happen in every spa ?

As far as I can see, yes; I've tried it at different spas, both preloaded and downloaded from the gallery. It also happens in gyms where there is an instructor's mat.
