[FIXED] [SE] Seaweed Ramen recipe is missing from the fridge cook menu

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When cooking level is more than 2, then press cook. I have egg ramen, beef ramen, miso ramen but don't always have seaweed ramen when starting a new game, or loading an old save.
What happens when the bug occurs? All my friends have this recipe. But it's only me who doesn't have this recipe to cook. But I can see the seaweed ramen in the game from the food store. I tried deleting the game, removing the mod. then reinstall Still don't have a recipe.
What do you expect to see? Seaweed ramen recipes to be available to cook.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
