Sims now more consistently wash hands in the sink closest to the toilet.

Every time a Sim has to use the bathroom they will use a sink on a whole other floor. No matter at home or at a venue. It happens every time. I believe it started after patch 07/2022
There's an image here showing how far away 2 ensuite bathrooms are. But little Andre will walk all the way to his parents bathroom wash basin instead of his own. He crosses his room, the landing, into his parents room and into their ensuite to wash his hands. They have the Seasons bathroom furniture.
In my previous household, Linus was walking from the upstairs bathroom all the way downstairs to the utility room to wash his hands. They were sinks placed in cabinets, so it's not the sinks.
Luckily my adults start out with Steel Bladders so it's only the children affected. I'm on Xbox Series S.
Edit: the washing kitchen dishes in bathroom wash basins is also happening more often. They ignore the kitchen sink and dishwasher sometimes to walk upstairs to wash a dinner plate.
