Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Click on any other sim, or on the sim you are playing as.
What happens when the bug occurs? Social interaction pie menu does not show up. The cursor icon changes and the sim becomes outlined in white to indicate that it is selectable, but when pressing the button, nothing happens. When clicking on a high chair or crib, the option to “Carry (infant sim’s name) here” pops up, but when the option is selected, sims approach the infant and are idle. The infant shows up in the sims queue, but goes away as all sims do a brief T-pose.
What do you expect to see? I expect to actually be able to interact with the sims that I click, both other sims and the sim I am playing as.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

This happened right after updating my game. Restarting the game did not work. Opening an older save did not work. This issue affects multiple households and all sims from infant to elder. This issue affects sims who were both affected and unaffected by the Seasons holiday glitch that was addressed in this update. This issue affects sims of all fame levels, from unknown to global superstar. There is the option to interact with both household members and NPC visitors through objects such as the high chair (“Explore new food with…” option, for example). However, the action is not completed. There is no icon from the sims indicating that they cannot reach the infant or high chair. The sim approaches whichever sim they are supposed to interact with the object with, and then the action is cleared from their queue as they briefly T-pose.
I have uninstalled the game and all packs/expansions/kits. Currently waiting for it to reinstall.
