    • Toddlers now receive Top Notch and Happy Reward Traits after reaching the required Skill levels. Leave no Toddler behind!

    Fixed in Patch 1.108.289/1.94
    Please create a new thread if you're still experiencing this issues.

I haven't had this problem until now with the infant update. My sim received the top notch infant trait when she aged up to a toddler but didn't get the top notch toddler when she aged up to a child even though she maxed all the toddler skills.
