Had no issues with this. Tried bot a two level and 5 level Sims. Hm.

Is your Sim

- A Vampire/Alien/ghost ?
- What age group ?

Can you try if it works with another Sim ?

Vampire, young adult.

Actually, since posting this, I'm not sure what I did but it suddenly started to work on him o.o

The solution is complaining about it I guess, haha.

    It sometimes is.

    Leaving this here as I've seen other reports. Maybe there is some issue with occults.

      I'm also having this problem. My sim is a Vampire young adult, level 5 celebrity. I can't host Fan Meet and Greets because it doesn't give me the option to select him for the One Celebrity Required portion of the social event scheduling. Exactly what OP and the other poster described.

      I'm having the same problem, and I discovered It only happen to vampires (did not test on aliens).

      I did click me too, but wanted to add that my celebrity sim is a ghost, as it may very well be an occult thing.

      But yes, having the exact same issue myself.
