For Rent Blight Plants Rental Issue Showing Up In Wrong Unit

My landlord sim got a notification that one of the units had the "blighted plants" problem, so I sent them to the unit. However, none of the plants in that unit were suffering form any blight. Looking around, I could see there WERE blighted plants the deck of the neighboring unit. However, that deck was classed as part of that different unit, and so wasn't accessible when visiting the unit that had made the complaint. So, I sent the sim to that OTHER unit that had the blighted plants and treated them there (the interactions all seemed to work as usual), but later I still got the notification that nothing had been done about it and the original unit's rating had decreased. This is admittedly the first time this has happened (I've handled this even fine several times before), so maybe it was a one time glitch, but it was so weird I thought I should report it anyway. My game was fully updated, I am not playing with any mods, and have never used any mods in this save.
