For Rent makes my entire game unplayable, please fix!!

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all except for star wars, greenhouse haven, first fits, decor to max, bloomin room & courtyard oasis
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. I cannot play in the new world that comes with For Rent; my sims CONSTANTLY freeze, no commands work, I cannot collect rent. As soon as I turn a house into an appartment in another world the same issues happen; freezing sims, nothing words.
What happens when the bug occurs? My sims stand still/freeze, none of the features that come with For Rent work and since I have installed the pack it's slowing my game time and makes it very glitchy/unplayable.
What do you expect to see? All features that come with For Rent to work, for my sims to stop freezing every 2 seconds and to be able to enjoy playing as I usually have. I am really frustrated and disappointed.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
I can provide videos of freezing if need be.
