[FR] [CD] Sims/Pets keep spawning after pet adoption drive and invade home

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a pet drive event on a residential rental
What happens when the bug occurs? Random sims who aren't tenants spawn on the lot and keep entering my unit despite the door being locked.
What do you expect to see? Sims don't enter my unit if the door is locked.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes

I had a pet drive event on my residential rental lot (I'm playing as a tenant). The pet drive ended, but not only do strays keep spawning on the lot, random sims do too. The random sims and my neighbors keep entering my unit despite the fact my door is locked for everyone but household. This is the second time I've had a pet drive on the lot, the first time the pets wouldn't leave, but there were no random sims. I don't understand what's going on but it didn't start until the second pet drive.
