[FR] Electrical Failure: Broken Pressure cooker prevents event from completing

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Well, download For Rent, install it, play as the tenant for awhile and wait for the "Electrical Failure" event to begin. Then try to complete it as the tenant.
What happens when the bug occurs? It doesn't complete. I've had my Sim (Handiness 10) find all the broken items and 1) repair them himself, 2) Replace it all (very expensive), 3) Call the repair guy (one died for his trouble), 4) Called the landlord. They keep trying to fix the PRESSURE COOKER and I think THAT is the buggy item.
What do you expect to see? I expect it to complete. I expect all items to be repaired/replaced and life to go on.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I suspect it is the PRESSURE COOKER because it's the only item the repairman and landlord work on. I've had all items broken and they go to the Pressure Cooker to fix it. They just stand there forever, trying to work on it. My Handiness 10 Sim does the same thing, just keeps working away at it. I've tried exiting the game to the main menu and returning. I've tried exiting the game in full. I've deleted the cache files and extra saves. 

I do not have CC/Mods in my game, never have. I actually find the funny events amusing, but this is annoying.
