[FR] Exploit Allowing Tenants to Modify Outside Owned Space

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All up to Crystal Creations
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play as a tenant on a residential rental lot
What happens when the bug occurs? Tenants, despite owning only the unit areas, are allowed to modify the entire property, therefore allowing exploits like selling property owners entire space to earn money.
What do you expect to see? I expect tenants to not be able to modify outside owned spaces just like in City Living.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

This is not meant for feedback and is clearly a bug because there is a function that doesn't let you edit other units and because the developers said these rentals are meant to be in line of consistency as the San Myshuno apartments, we should not be able to cheat money by living on a rental that we do not own and selling everything outside owned space! The property owner is the only one who should OWN the PROPERTY and shared spaces!
