[GTW] Male Sims do not return pregnant from alien abduction

Get to Work, Get Together, City Living, Seasons, Discover University, Growing Together, Outdoor Retreat, Vampires, Parenthood, Jungle Adventure, Strangerville, Realm of Magic, Werewolves, Luxury Party Stuff, Spooky Stuff, Paranormal Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a male sim get abducted by aliens several times.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim is not pregnant when he returns from the abduction.
What do you expect to see? For male sims to come back pregnant about 25% of the time.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. First encountered this issue after the infant patch but am still having the issue after the most recent patch which was supposed to have fixed it.
Ever since the infant patch, alien abductions have not resulted in pregnancy. I love playing with aliens so I was looking forward to seeing it fixed with the most recent patch but unfortunately, the results seem to be about the same. I usually play with mods but I was able to recreate the issue in a new save which never had mods installed.
