Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Put waffle maker on a food stand surface and prepare waffles a few times.
What happens when the bug occurs? Waffle maker catches fire and cannot be extinguished due to apparent routing issues. Stand is in an unencumbered location (no barriers). Sim has level 8 cooking skill. There is an automatic fire device on the lot. The alarm sounds but nothing else happens (perhaps this is due to the stand being outside?).
What do you expect to see? A. To not have so many fires. B. To be able to extinguish the fires. C. To have the automatic fire alarm do its job.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
