Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Wait for Career Day to appear on the calendar. Go to school. Wait.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing. The career day basically functions as a calendar entry. I saw a Creator Network player's video where she mentioned Career Day is held in the auditorium with a game-controlled set-up (like the Community Centers).
What do you expect to see? To see a functional career day my Sim can attend and gain some kind of career or skill-based benefit.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
