High School Years and Get Famous packs problems

What do you expect to see? I expect my sims to get bubble tea in any ThriftTeaShop and to appear vendors in there (even from galery ThriftTeaShops made by other players). My teen-Sims will go to PROM night every Saturday. My Sims will go to acting career without any bugs with castings.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

I have a problem with my packs in The Sims 4, especially High School Years and Get famous packs. I already deleted my mods, deleted old saves and started new saves, re-installed TS4 and these problems still appear without any change.
First problem with High School Years pack is that my sims can’t buy bubble-tea in ThriftTea shop, but they can buy bubble-tea in roller coaster area in Copperdale. There is no other ThriftTea shop from gallery or custom High School in any of my saves, even when I start a new one, so I have no clue where is the problem, even when I started new save without mods and turned other packs off.
Second problem with High School Years pack is PROM night. This was my dream pack, which I wanted for so long. PROM appears in calendar, but it doesn’t pop up on Saturday in notifications when high school students should invite me to some lot before PROM (I think it should be at 5 p.m. on Saturday) to have some fun, and also when it’s time for PROM (I think 7 p.m. on Saturday) nothing happens, even tho my sim invited some other sim to PROM. He just stays home like nothing happened.
I am happy that at least invitation for Cheerleading day and Soccer day both work.
Problem with Get famous pack is that my Sim, who has acting career, goes to casting for a role, but it doesn’t change after he goes home from there. It still appears in his work panel with the same day and time of casting, but it doesn’t change to gig-time ever. For example: if casting is on Friday at 9 a.m. and he goes there and comes back home, it still appears in his work panel like there is still casting scheduled to Friday 9 a.m. even when it’s Sunday already. I already tested it on 2 different sims (not from gallery, but made by myself) without mods and started new safe, but this problem still appears.
I also have EA app installed and logged in with my account.
