[HSY] Teens in relationship get jealous w/o trait

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.64
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have two unrelated teens in a relationship and crushing on each other in the same household.
What happens when the bug occurs? The teens will get jealous of their crush even when no other sims are in the house, and will even wake up with jealous moodlets despite neither having the jealous trait. This happens several times a day, every day, for no reason whatsoever. The two teens have never flirted with anyone else except each other, ever.
What do you expect to see? The teen sims NOT getting jealous for absolutely no reason, when they don't have the jealousy trait.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

This is an exasperating glitch among the far too many from HSY that are still not fixed.
