Interactions disappear from queue without reason

I appologize. I could not find a thread for this topic to post my question regarding this. Are we sure this is a bug? I have seen queued interactions drop out of my sims' queues but there was a logic...

It has also happened to me multiple times,but not just when it is tied to a mood.

It happens most for me during conversations with others. For example, I will set up three for four things for my sim to say during a conversation with someone and it will cancel all of them out.
