Since I'm a queuer in my play style, I come across this a lot. I tend to send my sim to do something, then queue up several more actions and then speed up the time, especially with long tasks like 'tend garden'.
Anyway. When the mood of my sim changes, the entire queue drops. Not just actions that might have been tied to the mood, but every action. But then my current sim is a hothead and maybe it's just him becoming angry that makes him not want to do any task and it is by design. 😉 Still very annoying in my opinion, though.
as for cancelling actions tied to a mood - that makes sense, but it should not drop the whole queue and only drop the emotion-tied-actions, in my opinion.
