it wont let me transfer video footage to the video station thingy plz help

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:Microsoft XBOX One Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) What is your current game version number? idk ...

What I do is make sure your seated first then in front of the display, but selecting Sit first, once your seated correctly then try to transfer videos.
