[LD] Bucket List: Custome Party goal showing up without owning DD

My sim has a bucket list goal of hosting a costume party, and I noticed I couldn't find it in the list with other social events. I looked it up and found that it is only included in the Digital Delux...

I have the same issue. I also have spooky day but that adds spooky party which isn't the same as costume party and did not count towards completing the goal when I tried.

    Hello!

    I have been trying to research this issue and ran across this forum.

    I figured I would chime in that I have the "I want to throw the most bizarre costume party of all time!" life goal, but I do not own the Deluxe version and Costume Party is not on my list of events. I have everything updated. 

    However, I do have mods. If I take them all out and go back into my save file to look, would I be able to send that?
