Lily plant does not grow

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Sims 4, pets, child, island, etc
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? None of the lilies are growing. I’ve tried going back to the lot several times, having my sims live near a lily plant, having sims living in willow creek, and had my sim stay on lot for 30 plus hours - all other plants grow except for lily plants. All I can do is view the lily plant.
What happens when the bug occurs? No lily plants are growing so can’t harvest or cut them. Only can view them.
What do you expect to see? Lily plant to grow!
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
Lily plants will not grow. Only can view them. Please fix ASAP so I can eventually grow a death flower.
