[LS] Fearful Solitude Moodlet After Fear-Be-Gone Drink

Playstation 4, never mods, newest update.

My Sim was suffering from the Fear of Being Alone, so after 2 sim days of trying to deal with it by himself I gave up and gave him the fear-be-gone drink to get rid of it. Minutes later the same Tense moodlet "fearful solitude" showed  up again. I've checked the simology panel and the fear is indeed gone, but the moodlet remains. It also seems to be permanent, as it does not show a time frame for the moodlet to run out.

My sim had the fear of being alone - it disappeared but the moodlet has stayed. The fear-be-gone potion won't work as the fear isn't showing but the tense moodlet keeps coming back....

Have the same bug. The only workaround I came up with is to buy a "Need No One" trait in the Reward Store. At least Social need is not fading away and a Sim can function.

I have a bug similar to this but even without drinking a Fear-Be-Gone. It happens when I miss on Perform Self Reflection or Seek Validation actions (if visiting a counsellor before I perform any of these actions)

And one time this issue disappeared after the wedding at a venue.

Similar issue here. Mac, most DLC installed, no mods or CC. I can't make the moodlet go away in game and there's no fear in my Simology panel to even get rid of. Tried the fear potion but it won't let me use it because she doesn't have any fears. Tried the moodlet potion too, no effect. It's becoming pretty impossible to play with this sim because she's constantly tense and her social need is only filled when she spends all her time with her partner. I tried turning off wants and needs in the options menu then restarting and it went away, but I really prefer playing with the wants system! I'd like another solution so I can keep wants but not deal with the constant tense moodlet and empty social need.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim with fears, use the fear be gone potion. At the time of making her drink the potion I did have the MCCC Mod installed and the update to the newest version ran in the middle of my playthrough. Since removed all mods but she still has the scared moodlet - worried my playthrough is ruined.
What happens when the bug occurs? After purchasing and drinking the "fear be gone" drink from the aspiration reward shop, the sim still gets scared/tense from fears she no longer has. As when I purchased another drink to try after saving and restarting my game, it said she had no fears so could not drink the drink, however, she was indeed still getting scared from the previous fears (dead end job & fear of the dark).
What do you expect to see? Example is in attached screenshot. She is scared, but has no fears as she is unable to drink another fear be gone potion.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
