Mail Carrier not spawning on Residential Lots

Have mail expect to be delivered in residential lot, such as cut gems, will, college acceptance letter What happens when the bug occurs? Mail Carrier does not spawn on residential or residential rental lots, but will spawn in apartment lots in San MyShuno What do you expect to see? Have mail carrier spawn on lot to deliver mail on a Residential lot.Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? YesPlease describe the patch or change you made. Life and Death or Grim Rewards Patch‌When a sim is on a Residential lot, or any lot that isn't an apartment in San MyShuno, the mail carrier does not spawn to deliver the mail or bills. Tried in new save file and in any world that isn't San MyShuno, the mail carrier does not appear to deliver any mail.

@Babolat85 Did you finish the reaper event ?Did you delete the localthumbcache file after removing your mods ?&nbsp;

@crinrict Yes, I always delete it when testing. Even created a fresh folder.

@crinrict It seemed to start after I finished the reaper event.Weirdly I just tried another fresh save and it worked, but when I reloaded it, it stopped.

Try the following

Close the game
Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to&nbsp;Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
Repair the game
Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry.&nbsp;
Start a new save game
Check if you still have the error
Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.
