Misgendering

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm using They/Them pronouns and I'm being misgendered constantly. Firstly I decided to make them a criminal and their first position at the job was "Tough Gal." When they got married they were referred to as a "Wife.". Also when I was making them and trying to change relationships with other sims they would be referred to as a "Sister." Also whenever I get notifications it's basically a 50/50 chance of whether it will misgender them. I can fix this by opening them up in CAS and going back, but it is very annoying. Not to mention the various grammar mistakes with notifications about them.
What happens when the bug occurs? MY SIM IS BEING MISGENDERED.
What do you expect to see? MY SIM NOT BEING MISGENDERED.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Tried using no custom content and tried uninstalling reinstalling.
