Kc, do you have custom content? Have you tried repairing your game? Do you remove the tags from clothing, such as the Everyday tag when you change a Sim's everyday clothes? Did you check for another update?
I'm not much of the debugger type, but I'd assume that reinstalling the game is the way to go. Hopefully you haven't messed with your game files.
