Modified Facial Features aren't Inherited

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? none
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim with modified facial features (the last preset in faces is a great example) that change the size of the ears height of the eyebrows and chin (to an extent)  nose and the depth of the mouth. With play with genetics give this sim a twin. Use the original sim and their twin to play with genetics to create a child that should be identical to them.
What do you expect to see? That because both sims are identical their child should also appear exactly like them and inherit all the features.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Not sure, noticed this after patch 1.111.102.1030

Below are gifs. this sim has two identical parents using the highlighted cas preset. When not highlighted those are the features the sim inherited from two sims from the highlighted face preset. I am aware there is already a bug report for the nose issue but the jaw, ear, moth and chin issue is something I have not seen reported yet.
