Multiple bug reports

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? most recent update version
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? not all of them but too many to name
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? it happened on a new save. I started it during summer time in Moonwood Mill and during the first thunderstorm/full moon it occurred.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sims bladder bar diminishes quicker than normal and is constantly in a state of "fear of the dark" even after using fear be gone and no trait fears are visible.
What do you expect to see? my sim not be in fear constantly and having to take more than normal frequent bathroom breaks.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Hello,

I recently deleted all things sims and ea from my desktop and started playing vanilla after redownloading the apps. Everything was great up until the first thunderstorm/full moon then my sim randomly became afraid of the dark. I used the fear be gone from the rewards store and the fear of the dark trait was removed from the simology. However, she still ran around the house frantically and the emoticon remained. I was thinking it would resolve once the emoticon cooldown time expired BUT low and behold, the emoticon (fear of the dark & looming dread) spawned again at 11 a.m. sims time. There weren't any fear traits in the simology. When it cooled down it happened again 5 sim minutes later and then the fear trait was visible in the simology for the second time. I repeated another dose of fear be gone and still the same results. Her toilet bar also keeps diminishing at an unnormal rate. 

How can I fix this? I'm so frustrated after not being able to play my game or do the reaper rewards because of these on going bugs after updating my game.
