[NEED SAVES][LS] Romance Dynamic + Moodlets remain after using 'Just Be Friends'

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to Work, Get Together, Island Living, High School Years, Get Famous, Seasons, Eco Living, City Living, Realm of Magic, Vampires, Werewolves, Jungle Adventure, Paranormal stuff, Nifty Knitting stuff, Spooky stuff, Romantic Garden, Vintage Glamour.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have two sims with a fairly high romantic relationship, then use 'ask to just be friends' to break up/end romantic relationship.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sims still have their 'steamy' romance dynamic, can still use 'work on romance dynamic' social menu option, and one still got the sad moodlet from 'very unsatisfied romantic relationship' in spite of no longer having a romantic partner.
What do you expect to see? The romance dynamic dissolves and disappears from the profiles and sims act like their romance bars are once again at zero.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

I had two sims who were engaged via the random phonecall where one of them finds a ring in another's bag. I decided I'd rather they break up, but they're best friends and I wanted an amicable breakup. Both sims are same household.
They agreed to just be friends, and their profiles no longer display 'partners' under relationship. In spite of this they still have the 'steamy' dynamic stuck under their relationship on their profile, are still both 'very unsatisfied' in their romance dynamic with each other, can 'work on romance dynamic' and one of them got a sad moodlet from 'very unsatisfied in romantic relationship' several hours after they stopped being involved.
Their romance bars are reset to zero and they are no longer romantically involved or romantic partners but the game still acts in some ways like they are. I would expect asking 'just be friends' means an amicable breakup, and I would assume that means their romance dynamic disappears, satisfaction resets to zero and if they get together they start over.
They are not woohoo partners or anything else, and the sim who got the sad moodlet doesn't have other relationships to be sad about.
