I understand that it is probably not a common bug, also as I pointed that once my sim died normally, so it happens not all the times.
As for mods haven’t downloaded any for over a year. And I removed all of them testing the problem. And during the test it still happened exactly the same thing.
I also have to mention that I do have ghosts in a game - for example for Halloween and others.
But still (4 times out of 5 recent deaths) sims do not turn into a ghost and stay human!
- @AlexandraSverige Did you test a new save to see if it's restricted to your save game or happening on a new one too ?
Just think there would be more reports on this. - @AlexandraSverige Did you have a chance to test a fresh save to see if it's isolated to your save game ?
I did and unfortunately it is the same. One of sims died and became a ghost, but another one did not.
Not sure how that can be fixed. So probably I just have to deal with it, as it does not change the game line that bad...
