[NEEDS SAVES] [FR] Can't Pay Bills/Rent (Tenant)

And i got even funnier bug. So im playing two girls family (owners) and i got info that i didnt pay my bills. I was confused coz the info wasnt about my owners it was about tenant.
Also i got info that my flat is dirt and i can get fine and this info was about my tenat, when i didnt go as owners to yell at him i got info "uff this time YOU avoided fine".

Sooo after ignoring for a while info about bills i got info that my power is off. Also there was event with geting stray cat/dog and my owners didnt pet them but this tenant did and i go 2/5 goal of event. So my game treat him like he is in my active family.

I also cannot Pay my bills, the Window "Pay Bills" doesnt even exist like usual...

Also when I click on the Bills Information the window looks weird and way different than it should. I added a picture below.

I do NOT have any Mods!!! I also tried to repair and even reinstalled the whole Game but nothing works?

I cannot pay rent/bills in For Rent.  After 1 day in the apartment the sim gets a notice that bills are due, then the power is immediately shut off and you get several notices to pay your bills.  When you go to view the bills, the information is weird.  There is no option to pay the bill on the computer, phone, mailbox, or if the landlord visits.  Lastly, the mail-sim did not get a chance to visit and deliver the bill that is supposedly late.

Try the following

• Close the game
• Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
• Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry
• Start a new save game
• Check if you still have the error
• Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.

I also can’t pay rent and now I don’t have any electricity, I have no mods in my game and I have restarted it multiple times. This is so frustrating and annoying.

What happens when the bug occurs? There’s no way to pay rent not on your phone not on the computer not on the mailbox
What do you expect to see? You can’t pay rent
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

If you’re playing as a tenant in the game you’re unable to pay rent I don’t have mods in my game and I’ve taken out my mods folder. I have also restarted the game multiple times I have patched the game and it’s continuous which is telling me that it’s a bug in the game and not me or my game you guys need to fix this as soon as possible 

I’m experiencing this problem as well. First time playing as a tenant, and suddenly I got a message that my bills were due and my electricity was cut. There’s no way to pay bills. Very game breaking! This should be fixed urgently!

The pack is basically unplayable right now. Lights are out and my sims can’t do anything, water is off.

What happens when the bug occurs? Utilities are cut off
What do you expect to see? When you move the household into a rental lot, the option to pay bills never show up on the mailbox or phone
