[NEEDS SAVES] [PS/XB] [GRO] Stuck on loading/crashing

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Ps4
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I've sent error reports after every crash.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game has been opening less and less often with frequent "Adjusting Graphics" error messages. Have tried to clear cache, saving as new game, and today it crashed every time I tried to open any household.
What do you expect to see? I just want to play my game. I've worked very hard on this save and frankly I'll be devastated to lose all that work.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Are you seeing a specific error code when this happens? You can find your error code history by going to Settings-> System-> Error Code History.

I do! It's ERROR CE-34878-0.

Do you see any error code or error message when your game crashes? Is this happening on every lot when you enter build mode, or just one in particular? 

I play Console and it doesn’t matter on which household it freezes after five minutes regardless and it’s the actual game.

Since Growing Together has downloaded the game freezes and takes forever to load. This happens on all households and even during creating a new household. Not sure why this is happening but it makes the game pretty much unplayable on console.

My sims 4 on Xbox series x no longer loading. First my cursor was disappearing and I reset my whole Xbox and unistalled and reinstalled my game.

Hello! My sims 4 Kees crashing on Xbox one. This was after the newest update.

I'll get to where I load my game and it just shuts off and takes me back to the Home Screen. I've tried to power cycle, clear everything, reinstall. Nothing seems to work.😫

Same here with my game, but. I am on PS4. I was playing and it crashed on me.
