    I think this is a case for the feedback section over at the official forum and not a bug.

    It works fine, it's just really hard

Took me a while to get the hang of having good dates when asked out, 

Seems like they have to be super-duper social, having lots of fun and some romance to get the notifications and hopefully a success.

Personally I find it a bit unrealistic, when it comes to what I have to put in, compared to the ones with the goals.
