@EmptyMH and you never used to option expand family (it's an interaction, not sure what the exact interaction is called) while you were playing the Sim ?
No, I hadn't used that social interaction
@EmptyMH Was the Sim really pregnant or was the baby just generated ?

I'm not actually sure if there was a pregnancy with the NPC. I found out about the baby between the two sims when I got the pop up that basically says "Thought you'd like to know I had our baby"
