Community ManagerHi everyone, that does sound annoying, nothing worse than a pop-up you cannot close...
Just to rule out everything first, is everyone playing on PC? Have you tried restarting your PC, launching the game only with no other programs in the background to see if you have the option to close those pop-ups?
@EA_Cath Sorry for my late reply. Yes, I am playing on my PC and did try restarting my PC, which is the only thing that worked... for that time. Yet, it continues to happen to where I cannot finish the rest of the Cozy Celebrations event as I wanted to. So, I lose out... again!! Additionally, I didn't have any other programs running in the background when I was playing this game when this Ad bug occurred.
