[OPEN] [CD] Not able to play fetch

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.107.112.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Island Living, Get to Work, Discover University, Cats & Dogs, Get Together, City Living, Cottage Living, Seasons, Snowy Escape, Get Famous
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Select ball, select "train to play fetch", select dog (play fetch is greyed out)
What happens when the bug occurs? Animation starts, then it cancels with a "Can't do that" thought bubble over the sim's head.
What do you expect to see? Should be able to train/play fetch with a dog in a house, in a park, outside in general, but alas.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? With and without.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Happened since I got the DLC - June 2023.  A year ago.

A year later and a major "fixes patch" later... still broken.  Having animals in the game is great and all, but playing fetch with a dog is an extremely central part to having a dog.
