[OPEN] [ECO] Improper wall placing prevents an apartment window from spawning

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Pass the Modern Development Plan in Grims Quarry, open the Stonestreet Apartments in buildbuy mode, and investigate the bottom floor.
What happens when the bug occurs? The vertical wall on the bottom floor of the Stonestreet Apartments is 1 tile off towards the left, causing a window not to spawn.
What do you expect to see? The vertical wall of the Stonestreet Apartments should be properly centered, 1 tile to the right, allowing the window to spawn.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
