[OPEN] [ECO] No vendors at stalls or selling tables at marketplace/No visitors

Vending stalls at Community Spaces no longer get staffed. 

How it was before: 
Placing vending stalls on a Community Space lot (Marketplace, Garden or Makerspace) would spawn associated vendors (up to 4 per lot).
I specifically tested this behavior in previous versions. 

It worked for all Community Spaces and most vending stalls (including HSY cafeteria for example).

This behavior was specific to community spaces (including garden and makerspace, not just the marketplace)

On other types of community lots you had to pay to hire vendors.

How it is now: 

Vendors do not Spawn. 
You cannot hire vendors by clicking on the stall. 
In the screenshot I am clicking on the stall. 

Makerspaces don't spawn sims for the sales tables either. 

This is happening in my game as well and I use community spaces a lot so now I have a ton of useless lots as no vendors are spawning and you can’t hire them either. I also don’t seem to be getting the option to call the fire department not sure if that’s connected? 

its only happened since the latest patch as they were all working before. I hope this is fixed soon as I’m in console so it’s the only way I can multiple vendors on lots as there’s no option for me to use mods. 

This is also happening with bubble tea stores as well, bars and night clubs are working fine, but I don’t want only bars and nightclubs.

Same here. I went to a marketplace to sell my crystals and jewelry, which was fine. But while I was there no other Sim started to tend any table.

Also I have a coffee stand there which was functional before but now it cannot even be clicked to hire somebody as others have pointed out.

I have this problem again.  I had it the patch before last, but changing it to RESIDENTIAL then back again fixed it for all marketplaces.  Back then, it was only the optional vendors that didn't spawn, with this patch, it's now the vendors for the optional stalls, the table sellers and any public space vendors that usually function that are just not working at all.  It makes the lot completely unfunctional.

Same here. No vendors at all for tables/canvas board or stalls anymore. I just finally decided to build a new marketplace too! I got it all done, and was like....okay where are the vendors.  This lot has always been one of my favorites because it feels so alive and I never know what I might find at the tables/canvas board.  So, I am pretty bummed it is broken.  I hope the fix this one quick!

Also, the cafeteria worker isn’t spawning on university housing lots with a cafeteria.

Happening for me too on PS5. And with the added irritation that no Sims at all spawn on these lots anymore. No vendors of any sort, but also no sims using the various work tables/machines/easels/etc, and no one tending the garden or bug boxes. My community spaces are ghost towns. Definitely started with the LD update. I use these lots often with all my sims, and they’ve always been the most active (and fun) lots to visit.

I also get this bug, there is no vendor coming to the stall and sale tables since the recent patch

I'm getting no other sellers at the marketplace. I use a mod to get vendors at the stalls . 

All aspects of Community Spaces and other Community Lots have been nerfed since a recent update.

Community Spaces....

As said in OP, with Marketplaces the vendor tables cannot be stocked and no other Sims use them although lots of Sims turn up and chat. The Vendor van is there but cannot be activated.

The default community space now has no one turning up at all, not even to look at Community Board and vote or interact with dumpster and Guntdach recycler which they used to do.

Maker Spaces have about four Mentors turning up, Recycling Guru, Maker Mentors etc but other than them the only people who will enter area are your controlled Sims or their traveling companions. If one of those mentors is Tina, she will use items, eg Fabricator,  but no one else does.

Community Gardens. No one turns up.

Other lot types eg Recreation centers, Parks, Art Gallery, etc

Autonomous actions seem limited to items that appear in that lot types required items list or Community Items list. Because vendor vans only appear in two, they are the only ones where they can be hired. None open automatically anymore

Similarly woodworking tables get used if listed as a required item, but not if just placed there.

Previously you could add all sorts of items to a basic park and it would be used and interacted with by non controlled Sims eg dumpsters, recyclers, fabricators, wood working tables, candle makers, easels, gym equipment, garden beds, mitey mitey houses, vendor tables. Now nothing gets used except for standard park items, eg chess board, grill.

This has been proven by changing lot types, and placing "required items".

So please either remove this strict adherence to items or add more items that can be used.
