How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.47.51.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have every pack released, and installed into my game.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Win an accolade > Accept Award
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing - action is immediately cancelled, and no award shows in household or personal inventory.
What do you expect to see? Acceptance speech, and award in household inventory at least.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Presenter reoccupies the mic before my sim has a chance to accept. The "Accept Award" option is still there, but is immediately "X'd" out as soon as I select it.- Try interacting with the presenter or go to build mode and move the mic so he's not interacting with it anymore.
It does X out if the mic is occupied.
I participated in the Starlight Accolades today. Both my sim and her guest were seated, watching the awards and I received the completion notification below:
"For her most recent performance, Bella Goth won the Starlight Accolade for Best Acting! You can find your award in the Sim's Household Inventory."
Alas, when I returned home and went to the Household Inventory, there was nothing present. I hope this helps.
