[OPEN] [HSY] Teens don't loose acne when aging up to YA

What is your current game version number? 1.108.289.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Have a teen with acne. 2. Age them up. 3. Notice the acne on the young adult.
What happens when the bug occurs? The young adult still has acne although only teens should have it.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

To solve this issue, disable acne in the game options, take a shower and acne should be gone.

Then turn it on again in the game options.
