[OPEN] [IL] Island Spirits won't leave

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all expansion packs EXCEPT for university and get together, all game packs EXCEPT for strangerville and vampires & cool kitchen, laundry day, movie hangout, spooky stuff, toddler stuff stuff packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? add "Island Spirits to property, save it. Then later, remove the trait.
What happens when the bug occurs? After removing the property trait for Island Spirits, the swirling multicolored lights appear on the lot. The island spirits do not appear but the swirling lights are.
What do you expect to see? No swirling lights after removing Island Spirits trait
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
