[OPEN] [PS/XB] Cursor is missing

The game starts fine and I can open my saves however my cursor disappears randomly and I can't open any tabs I can only go into build mode. I've managed to change my sims through clicking the wardrobe but even that sometimes makes the game crash. Its completely unplayable which is unfair because the new expansion pack just dropped and as a console player I never thought I would have this issue or that PC would get a resolve for minor issues before they even recognized console was completely broken. 

mine is not even working in buy mode anymore. I was building, tried to save and the controls are stuck again. This is so frustrating

I have posted this elsewhere but somebody suggested I post it here as well so here we go: I believe there is a problem since the latest update with the SimOlogy button when I press the Simology button I lose the cursor and any interactive control to save the game; the only way to exit is to reboot

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? On console, go to CAS and then try downloading an already saved sims and then try dressing them up and it don't work, or the cursor disappears
What happens when the bug occurs? The cursor disappears, and then when I pause it in th CAS it gets stuck.
What do you expect to see? A cursor!
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The last update has completely ruined my game!

What happens when the bug occurs? None of my relationships, simology, needs etc buttons work, my cursor vanishes not allowing me to click on anything in live mode, options button doesn’t pop up the main menu

I’m on sims 4 PS5 version 1.95. My game works fine for about 10 minutes but then all my buttons on the right hand bottom corner (needs, relationships, simology, aspirations etc) stop working. I’ll click on them but nothing shows. Then after that, my cursor completely vanishes, not allowing me to click on anything. I try to press down on the huge button in the center of my controller like it says to do for bringing up the cursor but it doesn’t work. I try to click on options to save and restart but the main menu tab doesn’t open as if I didn’t click on options to begin with. It’s very frustrating, somebody please help. I also don’t have any mods or cc installed as I’m playing on console and it doesn’t exist for it. I know it’s not my controller because it works fine in the main menu when I load up my game and works fine for other games that I play.

yeah, I've experienced that same issue with the Simology button since the update, but also just randomely in Build/Buy mode several times and now my game just randomly crashed while in BB mode. They left the game unplayable...once again :/

I haven’t had it happen with Build/Buy yet. I’m sure sometime this weekend it probably will. 

They need to step it up, I play on Xbox and I can't even get 5 minutes into the cas without it getting stuck!

The bottom right panel of live mode will not interact when clicked.Do not know if this happens on PC or it’s just a glitch on console but please fix it.
