[OPEN] [PS/XB] Pop-up Menus Get stuck on Screen

I can duplicate this on PS4. I ordered a Pizza with no issue but the next time I went into the "hire a service menu" the scrolling broke and the pop-up was stuck on the screen.

How often does the bug occur? Every time

What is your current game version number? Latest version with the 1.33 patch.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All packs except Batuu, snowy escape, tiny living, luxury party, bowling, moschino, nift knitting, and spooky 

What happens when the bug occurs? Can't scroll up and can't close the menu when I try to check gigs.

What do you expect to see? To scroll up and down and close the gigs menu.

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? After the new 1.33 update was installed.

Doesn't completely freeze the game but to close the menu, I have to jump to manage worlds or close the game to get the menu to go away.

@Alwright1997 I've merged your post into the bug report for this issue. It seems any scrolling popup window may be affected, not just the phone one. Please click the "Me Too" button at the bottom of the first post.

I'm stuck in the pop-up windows for new content. I bought 22 packs. I entered the game, pop-up window 1. Nothing moves past this, except to continue a game. There isn't even a New Game button. Then, back out to the main menu and pop-up window 2 - next pack. Endlessly looping like this. 

Why doesn't the pop-up window GO AWAY when I click anything? I would expect it to disappear when I press X or O.
